Tldr: ghosted after final round Standard interview process with phone screen, hiring manager interview, and panel final round (had to prepare a presentation given a set of data). The day after my final round, the recruiter called me to request an extra, same day interview with a VP. I took the interview and heard nothing from them for 2 weeks. I sent a follow up email and 1 week later I got a reply saying they'd update me by the end of the week. Heard nothing for another week and a half. At that point I let them know that I was no longer interested in the position - this was about a month after I'd completed my final round interview.

Typical interview process with a phone screen, leadership interview, take home hw + presentation. They asked me for a same day interview as a final round and then I heard nothing from them for more than a month. I followed up, a week later they said they'd get back to me and never did. Super disrespectful to ghost me after I went through their entire interview process.
