I was contacted on LinkedIn about the opportunity. My interview process while on site was super positive. Loved the team, the culture, and felt like my interviewers were well prepared and effectively evaluated me, and sold the company. There were some areas of improvement in regards to speed and transparency throughout the process. But with the amount of growth they're trying to accomplish, it's understandable that there were a few bumps in the road

The interview process was fantastic. I was first contacted and did a phone interview with an agency, followed by a phone interview with a recruiter and the hiring manager at Handshake. Then it moved to an on site interview which was about 3 hours long and included interviewing with the hiring manager, members from teams I would be supporting and people who would be on the recruiting team. It ended with a presentation and role plat that I was asked to put together. The process was true to the companies value of "Move quickly, But don't rush". Everyone was very responsive and answered all my questions throughout the decision making process.
