I came from Apple and I thought their interview process was the most thorough process I had been through, but Handshake is by far more so. I had 5 interviews with the last one being a group interview with the people I would be working with. Great opportunity for both sides to see if this would be the right fit. Questions are a combination of technical processes as well as testing to see how one would utilize their resources to find solutions. It’s clear they are only looking for quality vs quantity. They were very responsive with next steps during the interview process and the hardest part was waiting to know if I would receive an offer.
