Two technical phone screens asking basic algorithmic questions and an onsite at the Handshake office comprised of a project & presentation portion as well as coding & system design interviews. Everyone I've run into throughout the process were hospitable and welcoming, and the interview process and flows were smooth (maybe a bit long though).

The interview process contains several rounds, including a phone screen with an engineering manager, a coding interview, a coding project with a following presentation, and another phone screen. The interviewers were really nice and they helped interviewee get to know the company well.

Non-technical phone call with an engineering manager, Take-Home Project, 30 min walk through of Take-Home Project with 2 engineers followed by Q&A, 30 min non-technical chat with another engineering manager.

Entrevista
The first round was a personality interview where I was asked about my work styles and habits. It was very chill and I got a chance to ask my interviewer several questions about Handshake! The second round was a technical interview, which was fairly standard. The third round was a 3-hour project that was a fairly involved simulation of something that was being implemented at Handshake. Next, I had a discussion with an engineer at Handshake about the approach I took in the project. This was a positive interview experience because I received positive validation at each step, and got more invested in the company with each interview.
