The interview process was a little intimidating. The business is not doing well and they are desperate for someone to come and improve things. This was a little uncomfortable, but at least the hiring manager was honest.

Interviewed General Manager then Vice President of Operations then background check then offered position. Process lasted about a week. Took this position for leadership. It was a verbal offer since it is an hourly position
