A regional franchise in the NOVA area manages 7 hotels surrounding Dulles airport. I applied online through the franchise's website and received feedback from 3 Hampton hotels within 24 hours. I interviewed with the assistant & general managers of 2 hotels in person. Both interviews lasted over an hour and used a long list of similar, company-assigned questions, so prepare for redundancy and have multiple answers ready. The managers also emphasized understanding the role, Hilton's brand structure and corporate benefits, as well as the regional franchise's additional benefits. Both hotels were interested in submitting my info to HR for a background and reference check right away. Both managers told me I could work part-time at both hotels within the same franchise, and that if it added up to full-time hours then I would be eligible for full-time benefits through the franchise.

Really smooth and simple straight to the point. I had no issues and everything was communicated extremely well. Plus the training is online which a great sign. I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, that surrounds the Hilton brand.
