Found the position via a career marketplace online. Applied online with just a resume and cover letter. Heard back in about a month and wanted to set up a phone interview. Had the 30 minute interview with 2 people, different types of managers in the business. Had me do an activity they gave me 24 hours before and then just asked typical behavioral questions.
