I went to the home office and interviewed with 2 different accounting managers. The first interview was in the morning, then they took me to lunch, and a second interview was in the afternoon. Interview questions were both behavioral and informal. The staff was laid back and there seemed to be plenty of work-life balance.

Telephonic interview with HR asking about past experience,salary ,behavaioural questions , Face to face interview was scheduled in office asked about technical stuffs like balancesheet, trial balance ,cash flow statements ,US Gaap rules , IFRS

The interview process went fairly quick. I applied on a Tuesday of week one. Heard from a member of the team to schedule an interview on the next Friday. Interviewed and was offered the position at the end of the week.
Great interview and discussions with the team.

Entrevista
Phone interview was very easy, got an interview invitation after that which went horribly bad. I was asked the same questions as the phone interview by the same person and the other person present did not ask any other questions. This person was mostly talking about the weather and how they had to go on a trip (family).
