The interview was really sudden. They called on my cell and asked for an interview on the spot. The interview had the standard questions like introduce yourself, why do you want to teach, why do you want to teach in China. I got asked about how to keep children engaged in a lesson.
The interviewer then proceeded to tell me more about the company.
I was pretty shocked to be getting a response because I applied to them 2 weeks ago.

I had the interview online. The interviewer asked me some questions about teaching, I shared some of my teaching experience and my own ideas about teaching, and the interview process was smooth and enjoyable.

Have you ever been to China? If not, what makes you to decide to come?
My friend introduced this job to me. And I came to the Haida office to have the interview. We talked happily. And they are all very friendly to me. And finally I got this job.
I have been in China for many years, because I want to change a city, so I came to Shenzhen Haida under the introduction of one of my friends. The whole interview process went very well, thanks to the recruiting colleagues.
