Technical/Behavioral Assessment: Depending on the nature of the job, you might be required to complete technical assessments, such as coding tests, case studies, or other job-specific evaluations. For non-technical roles, behavioral assessments may be conducted to understand your interpersonal skills and work style. First Interview: The first interview is often conducted by a recruiter, HR representative, or hiring manager. It may cover a range of topics, including your background, skills, experience, and motivations. This interview helps the employer gauge your suitability for the position. Technical Interviews: For technical roles, there may be one or more interviews focused on assessing your technical skills. These may include problem-solving sessions, coding challenges, or discussions about your approach to specific technical issues. Behavioral Interviews: Behavioral interviews are designed to evaluate how you handle various situations, your decision-making process, and your ability to work in a team. Employers may use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to assess your past behavior and performance. Panel Interviews: In some cases, you may face a panel interview where multiple interviewers from different departments or teams participate. This allows the company to gain diverse perspectives on your candidacy. Final Interview: The final interview is typically with key decision-makers, such as senior managers or executives. Round 2 : Debugging and solving Given a code base we need to debug and build the features Given Ai assistant. Their ide was lagging in between and 45 min was less for the whole round.

      first we have to slove the 122 codeing challenges and submitit . after we get recieve mail from the them it have location and time. then we have to face the 2 coding problems and some techniacl questions on coding. after this they send the virtual interview link .
