I took a screening coding exercise through HackerRanks' jobs page (https://www.hackerrank.com/jobs/search). Hiring manager was in contact with me shortly after (a day or two later) saying I had done well in the exercise and that they wanted to follow up. I let him know that I needed to move quickly because I was at the latter stages with another company or two. He was very diligent in moving me quickly through their interview process, once even scheduling an interview on a Saturday instead of the coming Monday to expedite the process. I was also brought onsite and everyone was friendly. Onsite, I had more culture fit questions and algos/data structure questions.

I saw the job on their hackerrank page. There was a coding challenge with 2 DS/Algo questions. I finished that and received call from the hiring team. On phone he informed me that, the coding challenge has one more questions which was missing from the first coding challenge and so you have to complete this Front end coding challenge too. I found this unprofessional because they never mentioned about this requirement on their website and job description. Very unprofessional !!
