First round, Basic security questions, then there is a technical round, its like a triaging a report.
The interview seems to be easy with very basic questions regarding the different vulnerabilities and how it will be mitigated.

The interview process consisted of four rounds: HR screening, Technical Round 1, Technical Round 2 (Practical), and a managerial round. The interview panel was super friendly, and the slot selection was up to me. Definitely the best interview experience I’ve ever had!

One of the best interview i have ever given . The interview focused on scenario based questions while keep touching the basics . it takes about 3 to 4 weeks for whole process with flexibility to choose interview date . About 4 rounds in total

Entrevista
I recently interviewed for a position at Hackerone, and my overall experience was excellent. The process consisted of four rounds:
1. HR Screening: A brief discussion about my background and expectations.
2. Technical Interview Round 1: Focused on technical fundamentals and some scenario-based questions.
3. Technical Round 2 (Practical): A hands-on exercise to evaluate my practical skills.
4. Managerial Round: A discussion about my role, expectations, and alignment with the team and organization.
The entire process took about three weeks from the time I applied for the role, and I appreciated how well-structured it was. The HR team was very supportive throughout, regularly checking in and promptly resolving any queries.
One standout feature of the process was the flexibility offered to candidates. I could choose from multiple dates and times for the interviews, which made it much easier to accommodate my schedule.
The interview panel was very professional and polite. The discussions were detailed, covering topics from basic concepts to advanced scenarios relevant to my experience. I found the approach both challenging and fair, ensuring a proper assessment of my skills.
Overall, the process was smooth and candidate-friendly. If you’re looking for a role at Hackerone, I’d highly recommend preparing thoroughly and engaging with their approachable team.
