I received a warm approach from H1's internal recruiter. Overview of the company, package and benefits were positively received. We aligned early on the interview process, stages and expectations. Overall, the process took no longer than 3 weeks from start to finish which is slick.

The process was smooth, communicated well, and pleasant all around. It involved a call with the recruiter, followed by one with the hiring manager, two calls with peers, and finally a panel pitch.

Contact was initiated by HackerOne recruiter who told be she loved my background and that they had immediate opening. Went straight to a Zoom interview with Hiring Manager who told me she too was going to fast track me with interview with 2 of her team members. Had that meeting via Zoom as well and they told me know concerns....and then nothing.
