I was reached out by the CEO on linkedin for an open vacancy at Hackages,we had an initial video interview he presented the goals and objective of the company, then I was moved for another technical interview with one of the developer, it was long interview about hour and half yet it wasn't that difficult, I noticed that the developer didn't have much experience to interview for a senior role, yet I did finish up the online coding CURD project. at the end of the interview I was told they will get back to me in 3 days about the result. I was left for 2 weeks without any reply. I reached to the CEO, He apologised and offered to call me next day, yet he didn't.
clearly there's no such thing punctuation or professionalism when it comes to treating potential employee. I recommend you not to waste your time going through their interview process
