Entrevista
I applied online, first interview with HR and then second interview with the engineering leads. I was PROMISED to get the decision soon but ghosted out. Over promise and under deliver, disappointed.

HTEC doesn't seem interested in paying a living wage and handles salary discussions very poorly. After a 7 week interview process consisting of a phone screen, technical interview, culture fit interview, and reference checks I was offered $30k less than my stated salary expectation, a 20% paycut from my current position with the same title and similar responsibilities as the position I had been interviewing for. Unless you're absolutely desperate I would avoid applying/interviewing with this company, they will happily waste your time in interviews only to offer a salary package well below industry competitors.

Entrevista
Mostly behavioural questions and related to previous experience. Gave 2 interviews, First one was just a chat with the HR. And second interview was with the engineering managers. Never heard back from them after the second interview and got completely ghosted by them.
