The interview process is sophisticated. The 1st round was conducted by telephone by human resources. The 2nd and 3rd rounds were with a team of construction executives. The role was described clearly. I had an ample opportunity to talk about my qualifications and skills. The atmosphere in the room was friendly and professional, and the HSU team made me feel comfortable. Although I was not offered the position, I am grateful for the opportunity to meet with the team, and I hope that in the future I may receive a job offer. I would definitely want to work at HSU Development.
