My interview process was quite fast. I was contacted by agency who processed my CV and 1st technical round was arranged. Within an hour itself, HR from HSBC called to arrange 2nd Techno Managerial round, that very day. I requested for the next day which was a Thursday. Next Monday I got a mail for a Test, which tuned out to be Psychometric Test. Although I felt, more information should have been provided about that Test, since it looked like a Technical Test, the ones we generally have as first round in other companies. Anyway, the test is a mandatory one, and one needs to pass to go through, but it is just testing your thought process, don't worry, keep it simple. After this test I had HR discussion about Salary etc, while I kept on for them to roll the offer, HR surprised me with another another discussion round with Senior Leadership, anyway that wasn't much and it went okay, I received the Offer Letter following Monday.
