I took an online exam, personality test, followed by a technical and HR interview. The technical interview was moderately challenging, requiring strong problem-solving skills. The HR round turned out to be the most decisive stage. Many candidates, despite clearing the earlier rounds, were rejected at this stage. Overall, the selection process was competitive and rigorous.
