Frankly, you don't need any preparation for this. Just be yourself - they use GALLUP to figure out your personality and what drives you.
At the final round interview at the assessment centre, they pretty much knew who the person I was and tailored the interview accordingly
This one you could probably get away with one example, if they ask for an individual instead of group probably best just to 'modify' your answer (it's not lying your just not mentioning the others in the room!!! unless you're already lying ;) )

What do you know about HSBC?
This was a really open ended question and just required you to spout off anything and everything you know about hsbc, He even wanted you to state that they were based in HK which I thought was a given.

How do you keep up with financial news?
Describe yourself in 2 min. You should introudce yourself in short and talk more about your own experience. You should never out of focus and loss focus in the meeitng
the interview process was very quick and simple they did not go into detail regarding what the role is about they just asked why i wanted to join hsbc and one other question, it ended in 10minutes
The interview and the interviewers were really friendly and warm, especially for a student with not much experience. The process may be daunting but the interview was good. the questions were mainly about fit questions so just be aware of yourself.
