Online assessment followed by job stimulation and then invited to Virtual Experience Day, quite hard, should know the industry very well. There is no group exercise, only 3 interviews with the assessor, each with micro-exercises.

Tell me a current trend that is impacting the banking industry and the bank
The interview process was a hirevue. Basic competency questions, nothing technical. I presume they use an AI to go through the answers. Did not manage to progress past the second round.
HSBC's Online Immersive Assessment for their finance graduate program is a 50-minute gauntlet testing your cognitive abilities and alignment with their core values. Expect numerical reasoning challenges, situational judgment tests, and pressure as you navigate diverse questions in roughly 40 minutes. Prepare by practicing online finance assessments and immersing yourself in HSBC's values (Trust, Global Force, etc.) to showcase your problem-solving, logic, and work ethic authentically. While the assessment is key, remember a strong CV and communication skills are equally crucial. So, prep, practice, and shine!
