I applied online and recruiter called for telephonic interview. After that I got a call for face to face interview which was pretty easy. Majority of the questions were asked in telephonic interview about previous work experience and how it related to the current job. Overall experience was positive. Interviewers were friendly and did not ask me much questions since it is an entry level position. But be prepared for majority of questions in telephonic interview.
Good but not great hat is your strengths and weaknesses not that hard but not that easy. prepare well beforehand for tough questions. brace for impact. make sure you are well advanced
I did a face to face interview with two manager, it was pretty chill, but the pay is under my expectations. Also, you might need to work on Saturday as well.

The process is very lengthy . First you have to answer a series of questions online the. You get picked up for 2x interviews. One with the branch manager and customer service manager and one with the regional manager. Come prepared
