Call center position, prior title CCO? Interview SHL→zoom interview, self introduction and ask questions by hr and line manager. In different language, English, Mandarin and Cantonese. I think they preference candidate accept shift duty and have sale experience.
Group interview, 5min preparation and then 10min discussion and 2min conclusion. After finishing group interview, there was a section which is interview with hr and manager, discussing your previous work experience and all your background.
General question, easy to answer. You don't need to prepare too much, just be relaxed.........
Cantonese is very important but don't need to worry too much if you can understand 80% above.
