Fairly simple process with 3 rounds and the entire process took about 3 weeks.
1st round - technical with mid management level
2nd round - Business knowledge with VP
3rd round - behavioural with HR

Conceptual and requires intellect as well as common sense. Requires hands on experience and in-depth knowledge of the tools and technologies the incumbent has worked on. Involves different rounds of interview to land a certain job at HSBC.

Entrevista
The interview process consisted of three stages: HR interview, Initial interview, and Final interview. The Initial interview primarily served as a technical assessment to evaluate your suitability for the role. Additionally, situational questions were included to assess your personality and work habits. Overall, the process is manageable with adequate preparation. Although I did not receive an offer for the initial role, I was redirected to another position instead.
