Friendly, no pressure environment. It was tense initially but the interviewee was friendly and bring you to yourself. Got a chance to improve your interview experience. Talks more about yourself and try to make the interview more like a chit chat gathering kind of conversation. They do not really see much on your academic result but more on your communication skills. Practice abit more what you should say in the interview and everything should be okay.
