I submitted the application in late October. I did an online test and an online job simulations. I got rejected in early Feburary as they said spaces for the spring week were full. The overall online assessment was quite a great experience though.

Entrevista
There were multiple IQ, logical and verbal tests. This is followed by a job simulation assessment that is 1 hour long and consists of both video interview questions and numerical questions.

They asked about a specific deal and how I would react to it and provide advice to the clients.
Telephone interview, only 10-15 minutes long, very nice and considerate person on the other side. Very standard questions, did the immersive online assessment beforehand and once I passed both got the offer
