Everyone that interviewed me was extremely kind and genuinely wanted me to succeed. The Super Day was a group interview as well as a few one on one interviews, and I heard back within a few days.

What are some of the main qualities you believe you should look at when deciding to lend to a client/company?
Pretty easy, only a round of VI, manager interview and that is it. About the manager interview is more about culture fit instead of technical questions. They want to see if you can fit in the team or not.

the first round will not screening on the resume, but after the application directly give you an online job assessment, includes personality test, graph test.... After this is the VI, then interview

What's the most you are going take the opprotunities from the HSBC
The outcome of video interview was confusing, firstly received invitation for later stage, then all of the sudden another email came through saying that I was rejected. Very disappointing, but this is indeed a great company though, will definitely try again this year.
