Two phone interviews followed by 4 hours fo face to face. It was actually quite good and helpful. The people I spoke with were upfront about the role and the company - to a fault!

Not too sure about this one, it was not too difficult as I found the manager to be similiar to myself. I quite enjoyed speaking to them and really they were why I took the role.
the overall interview is totally a happy one, no harsh time
the time that i have an interview with is a one to one personal interview with the line manager
Doesn't explain why they rejected, interviewer sounds dismissive. When asked for reason, they did not get back nor explain the reason for rejection. I think it is important to have common courtesy
