Entrevista
2 representatives came to campus and conduct two rounds of one-on-one interview. The first round is a typical behavioral interview, which last 30 minutes. The second round is more technique focused. The interviewers are really chill. The whole process is really relaxing.
Included analytical skills where we received case studies of portfolio and how to minimise risks/maximise returns. Interview asks about specific related to firm’s values and initiatives like in ESG for example

I was in a group interview with less than 5 students. The departments heads have talked to each student individually, and it was not that hard. However, students are pretty competitive.
Applied online and had to complete a job simulation test. They sent me micro exercises I needed to complete before the Superday, and the Superday consisted of 4 interviews (two behavioral and two technical)
