The interview process tests your real world experience and seeks to authenticate your resume. The interview is situation based and seeks for the interviewer to dig into previous similar instances as examples. The closer the example is to the job being interviewed for, the more weighting it carries. Structure of answers is as crucial as the content of the answers. HR is not forthcoming with closure or feedback. Hint and tip – establish rapport with the interviewer and seek to have all future job related communication with him/her.
Long drawn out. Had to chase for feedback.
3 Interviews. HR high level interview then with local peer group managers. Second with Head of dept. and Location Senior. Multiple HR people involved. drawn out over 2+ months

It is a 30-minute interview with HR. HR asked about my previous job experience and introduced the job nature to me. It is pretty straight forward but no feedback provided after the interview

Did a case study for them but ended up getting ghosted in the fifth round.
Not sure if this position exists in this terrible market
