A fairly straight forward interview, the panel were warm and friendly and engaged, all the questions you would expect, they didn't have any curveballs or trick questions. I would say they definitely want a level of precision and intellectual acumen, they search for a high standard and continued to ask follow up questions when an answer was not satisfactory.
1st round: self intro with HR .
2nd round : some basic understanding of department campaign and some about the cv ( not very hard and takes about 30 min)
3x 30 minute interviews with competency, finance technical and case study followed by qna. Assessment centre had 4 of us total though interviews were 1 to 1. Tiring but a good experience

Virtual interview. 3x 30 minute interiews for VAC. Variety of interviewers at each stage. Commercial awareness is present in the interview, so make so sure you understand and know current events.
