The interviews were done at the office. The first interview was conducted by a senior recruitment consultant, the duration of the meeting was for 15 minutes. Directly after it, the second interview went on for 30 minutes and was conducted by the director. On the spot, got an offer which was then followed by a question “ are you available to start now?”.

Insightful and address all aspects of the roles and responsibilities as well as understanding the individuals comfortability with the role. Interviewers were straight to the point - asked all the relevant questions and even gave me some tips on recruiting as a whole.
