I was asked questions by a panel which consisted of three supervisors. The interview took about an hour and was fairly straight forward. My advice is to be yourself and ask questions pertaining to the job like who you will be working with and what you will be doing. Also prepare for the questions like what would you do if you had a heavy work load and needed to meet a deadline.

Sit down interview with questions and then a tour of the lab. Pre employment drug screen and physical required after offer is given. The whole process is very simple and standard to all companies

Entrevista
You receive a call to schedule a date for the interview. There are about 2-3 interviewers: direct manager/supervisor in your department, new manager on the floor to gain experience in hiring, and human resource representative. They ask about 5-8 questions. Individual interviews only, no group.

Entrevista
I did one phone interview with the plant manager. It went really easy because he was a nice guy. Asked standard questions about lab safety and personal experience. After one month they gave me the job. No second interview.
