Had a round 1 screening interview with HR. The interview went great, the person was friendly, helpful, curious. He expressed interest in moving me along in the process and he'd be in touch in a week or two. I never heard from him again. I followed up twice. Understand they're busy or found someone else but it's a lack of respect to not at least get an email reply. I also went out of my way to have and prep for the interview. Once you have a face to face interview, the communications should be different.
