Phone screening followed with two formal interviews. Lots of behavioral questions which made me feel like the staff cares about who they hire and make sure I would actually fit in. I liked the interview style. Putting no for offer because I am waiting to see if I got the job or not!

How do you handle stress? What management style do you like?
It was way Too long for an entry level position I applied to there. Interview lasted the whole hour and the next steps would include another interview in a week.

Entrevista
I applied on company website. Initial 30 minute phone interview with recorded followed up with a video interview with the hiring manager. Last round was a "Meet the Team" interview at physical office. Best interview experience I've had to this point. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk with.
