First round was a typical 30 minute phone interview. Then I was invited to the plant for 3 rounds of 30 minute interviews, plant tour, lunch, and company overview session. Led for an exhausting day. All behavioral.

Most questions were fairly standard. Asked questions directly about my experiences that I had on my resume. Why do you want to work at HNI? Why are you an Engineer? Talk about a failure you've overcome?
