It was smooth, a recorded interview process. a verification check at the beginning to get started, three questions but the first question is not graded, more like a practice question to get you familiar and settled.

Working together with teams to achieve a shared outcome
Explaining difficult information to a non-technical audience
Video interview online, questions on the screen, timer showing how long to answer. Warm up question at the start about what you enjoy in life. Interview process was relatively simple.

3 pre recorded questions, conducted online. Firstly, they check if your mic is working. by repeating a sentence, then you have to show your ID then start off with a 'cooling' question that isn't assessed then the real questions. ' Cooling off' question was 'what's somethings you're excited about out now work related or not?'- you have to answer in STAR
