the process was straightforward, spoke with a recruiter who gave a brief overview of the job, had 3 processes, had a one on one explaining the role and asking questions about my experiences as customer service rep

there were totally 5 rounds in this process.The first round was jam followed by hr,ops, voice analyse,client.The process was easy.It took 2 days for the whole process.Be confident and loud.Don't use fillers and be fluent.
