The whole process from phone screen to offer took about 2 months. The phone screen was a standard 15 minute call with HR - brief description of my experience and what I am looking for in my next position. A few weeks later I was asked to come in for a face to face interview. I interviewed with 3 team leads. The questions were pretty standard - background and few behavioral.
