Series of Interviews (Virtual due to Covid Conditions) from different parts of the organization conducted both by your future peers and your management team. Very elaborate but informative interviews, they were primarily geared to bring out the discussion revolving around the candidates experiences and how that matches to the position requirements. Loved it due to the fact this interview was not a Monologue but a Dialogue that brought in lot of opportunities to bring the candidates unspoken potential that are some where buried deep in the CV. Also had lot of chances to discuss the future direction of HERE and validate if that is the right fit as a candidate. Very flexible and open conversation. Only felt that the interview process could be condensed for few days and a quicker turnaround to candidate evaluation.
