Uncoordinated interview process. Applied for internal position and no communication for the hiring group on status of application. Additional you could tell the group was uncoordinated about the flow of the interview and made it disjointed. Questions were unclear at times and had to seek clarification- which I felt made me look as I didn’t understand the question. Post interview I had to seek feedback on if of what the next steps would be. The timeline they provided was never maintained and Had to seek out information with emails requesting status.

Conflict resolution management approach; difficult situation and how I handled it.
Had a decent/successful interview only to be ghosted by the recruiters. I understand not being able to contact everyone who applied but when someone takes time out of their day to interview at your company, ghosting that person is entirely unprofessional and rude. Not a good look for a well regarded company like HDR.

Then a long wait. Recieved a phone call from corporate staffing person who get info from.you, personal and gives you a run down to see if you're interested. She makes u an appt with the hiring manager. One on one then a panel via ms teams... long wait...phone call from corporate again with job offer, money and no negotiation..

Submitted application through the company's website. Then scheduled an initial phone interview. Had in person interviewed with multiple individuals including hiring manager. Received email from hiring manager indicating company's interest and a forthcoming written offer.
