I applied online and was contacted about 2-3 weeks later. My first interview consisted of a 2:1 with me, HR and the managing principal of the office. No absurd questions or anything out of the ordinary. It lasted about an hour. I was contacted the next week for a panel interview, which included the same 2 people as last time, plus the department manager (one level higher up) and the marketing manager. I realize now they were trying to warn me of the disadvantages of the job. Maybe I was so desperate that I ignored them. The third and final interivew was more of a peer interview moderated by HR -- three of the people I'd work with most. They were more relaxed and didn't ask a ton of questions.
Very professional and not intimidating. The company knows what they want out of marketing candidates, so if you have the right background, the interviews are more a personality fit really.

Describe how you handle multiple competing deadlines.
The process was very professional and thorough. You could tell the company has a good culture with appropriate protocols and clear roles and responsibilities. There were several rounds providing opportunities to meet with many employees.

It was a pretty slow process overall. I would say very slow. I mean they didnt call me back for 3 months. It's probably the worst HR ive ever encountered (I mean Omaha HR not hiring administrative staff).
All the hiring is centered in Omaha. Its really a broken system because how can people how aren't local be aware of all the people who are applying and their specialties?
Interview wasn't really any interesting. They didn't ask any cases, any "what would you do" questions, they didn't ask teamwork questions either. Pretty confusing overall. I initiated the salary negotiation myself because at that point I felt like they were going to hire me, but no one raised that topic.
