The interview process is like no other job I've applied for and I've worked for Fortune 500 companies. You have to take a total of math/logic two tests (one with you being watched through your webcam), interview with the person that would be over you, and then do a 30 minutes presentation followed by a 30 minute Q&A about your presentation pertaining to a marketing campaign you've done in the past. During the process, there is no mention of the salary range. Instead, you're reminded at each stage of the interview that they pay on the low end, which is discouraging considering you're jumping through all of these unusual hoops and hurdles to then not be paid at least the industry's average. Yes, they have perks for working in the office including a gym, indoor rock climbing, etc... However, during a time of a global pandemic such as COVOID-19 where no one is in the office. None of those "perks" are valuable. Not to mention at the end of the day you're still at the office where you work. Rather you're working out or playing fetch with your dog. You're at work. Not much of a perk, but a strategy to keep morale and attendance up.
