Interview was good and interviewer opened with basic hr questions and asked some followup questions, then he asked introduction of cv projects and then some basic coding questions, after that there was a 2nd round which was conformation of job offer

The interview process is quite confusing and unstructured. It starts with two technical rounds, followed by an HR round. However, even after the HR discussion, there is an additional manager round that is highly technical. The manager round is particularly frustrating, as it is initially presented as a 15-minute call but ends up lasting around 45 minutes, with questions asked in a rushed manner.
