Interview process consist of 3 technical rounds and then HR round.
First technical was face to face , very basic questions have been asked and it's not big deal to clear.
Second technical, was telephonic within their premises. It was more detailed one.
Later on they told me I'll be getting a client call for last technical round.
After clearing client round, there is HR round.
Even after clearing all rounds of my interview, I've not get my offer letter. I've followed-up with HR till almost a month but nothing helped.

The interview process is quite confusing and unstructured. It starts with two technical rounds, followed by an HR round. However, even after the HR discussion, there is an additional manager round that is highly technical. The manager round is particularly frustrating, as it is initially presented as a 15-minute call but ends up lasting around 45 minutes, with questions asked in a rushed manner. Additionally, the feedback timeline is very slow, with about 10 days between each round. Because of these delays and the unclear process
Technical Round 1: Java fundamentals, Map concepts, and basic Spring Boot questions.
Technical Round 2: Java coding problems and problem-solving discussion.
HR Round: Behavioral questions, communication evaluation, and discussion about experience, expectations, and company culture fit.
