After applying online. I was scheduled for an interview and the whole process took 2 weeks.
The Interview was conducted by two people. They talked about the history and projects of HBK engineering. Next, I was asked about my past work/internship experiences and related projects. Questions I was asked all revolved on team work, communication, and problem solving. I later was given the chance to ask questions.

What engineering software do you have experience with that relate to this position and do you have difficulties learning new software?
initial interview with the HR recruiter whom was very nice and polite and a second interview with the hiring managers. During the initial interview she asked questions about my resume and my strengths.

Entrevista
Entrance administrator welcomed me in and offered a drink. Sit down in office conference room. Interviewed with senior and junior employees. Questions were standard "What is your background?" "Please describe yourself." etc. Had pleasant discussion with employees. They provided many examples of interesting engineering problems that had solved. Office arrangement is interesting. Three levels.
