Initial phone screen with Offshore Recruiter. Received an email asking my availability to speak with the Hiring Manager.\ I responded but the recruiter never followed up. After sending a "Courtesy Follow Up." I have yet to hear back regarding the status. This organization is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL.
