Phone interview only. They hire staff without completing background checks, hires felons who have access to patient home and records. Dangerous process. No one at corporate or local HR cares or even shows up to the office.

Interview Process was long and uncomfortable. VP of business development comes in and attempts to intimidate, asking questions as if they are test questions and he does not have time for it. Initial screening by HR is good, but it does take more time than average to get an offer.
