Pretty easy going but dressing formal helped as business attire is required for this role. One virtual interview with district leader to receive offer. Background check took about a week for me.
Teams meeting with 2 MTL. Told position is paid training from Nov to Dec on-line at your pace & several in-office with role playing. Then full time in January thru April 15th.

It’s pretty easy, they are very thorough and detailed, the interview process is not long but they do care about being able to multitask in a stressful, fast paced environment.

Good experience, friendly. But I was not told before the interview that the desired position had already been filled. They offered another position, but the salary was lower than expected.
