It was helpful to connect with the District General Manager in order to secure an interview. There are 38 offices in Hawaii and an MTL usually manages three. Multi-Unit retail experience is prerequisite and will certainly help in your interview.

I applied for the Multi-Unit Team Leader role which aligned more with my background. A month later the recruiter reached out regarding an Associate Team Leader role instead which sounded like a gloried receptionist at $19-20/hr. The manager overseeing this role was also in the interview but she didn’t seem interested in talking to me. Really disappointed with the whole interview and process.

The interview was very conversation-like. Asked a series of questions, but definitely opened enough time to branch off topic and continue the conversation outside the interview question. Great overall interview.

There are a few people you interview with. Usually like a recruiter first then they will refer you to the hiring manager or district manager. Possibly a 3rd interview but that is situation based.
