Scheduled a phone interview where they said they would call me but never did. I reached out to them to try and reschedule the phone interview which they agreed to and didn’t call me again. I waited 40 minutes each time. I withdrew my application as they made it very clear that my time was not valuable.

It was very easy and the interviewer was very friendly and encouraging. Even when I didn’t exactly answer a question well they gave me some feedback on what to do when the situation actually happened.
Pretty basic, two people interview you, ask you to explain your resume and the typical questions of what you would do in xy situation. Pretty easy, not too much pressure.
Interview is usually a single virtual interview with one of two managers. The interview is about 20-30 minutes long. First it starts with simple basic questions, then moves to longer situational questions, and then ended with logistical questions like availability, pay, etc.
